| Description | HMIS seeks a Subcontractor to perform upgrades and repair of the Hanford Patrol headquarters grounds located in the 200 East area. The work will include removal of irrigation valves, landscaping, installation of a new parking lot area, and removal and replacement of failed asphalt sections in two existing parking lots. The project is southwest corner of 4th street and TT-9 Rd intersection. This includes the two south facing parking lots (Herein referred to as "Existing parking areas") and landscape around buildings 2721E, 2720EA, and 2727E. This Solicitation is subject to the following due dates: /Comments regarding the solicitation due: 3:00 P.M. PST on 09/21/2023 The Offeror must submit any comments or questions regarding the solicitation to the Contract Specialist. The Contract Specialist will answer all questions in writing for the benefit of all prospective Offerors. |
