North Cell House CO710 South Cell House CO717 Resident Dining Room CO712 Towers 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, & 10 CO772-CO777 The scope of work provides for replacing approximately 50,400 SF of shingle roofing system on the North and South Cell Houses. The scope also includes removing the existing shingle roofing, underlayment, valleys, flashing, and gutters, and install new architectrual-style shingles, underlayments, valleys, metal flashings, and trim. This work will also include new gutters and downspouts. The scope of work provides for overlaying approximately 1,230 SF of 3-ply modified built-up roofing with an additional layer of felt and a mineral surfaced cap sheet on the Resident Dining Room. The scope of work also provides for tuckpointing and repairing or replacing sections of the existing exterior masonry, cleaning, painting steel lintels, and cleaning microbial and efflorescent staining from the masonry surface. The scope of work provides for exterior concrete stair and walks replacement.
