Description

To Provide Professional Services for Inspection of Large Diameter Water Valves Throughout the City. This Project Is Being Funded by Bonds Issued by the Albany Municipal Water Finance Authority. AWD has identified the need for inspections and maintenance of large diameter valves throughout its distribution system. The goal of this work is to understand how the valve operates, whether it fully seats, determine if corrective maintenance on the valve is necessary, perform minor corrective maintenance if necessary, and document the findings.
