Description

Job Description: Removal and disposal of the existing shingle and flat roofing systems and flashings down to existing substrate. Furnish and install new Architectural shingle and TPO roofing systems, including but not limited to, underlayment, flashing, gutters, downspouts, VTR boots, ridge vents, separation sheets, TPO 60 mil single ply membrane, fasteners and accessories. Replacement of any damaged trusses, plywood sheathing, fascia, soffits, and other related items will be included as an allowance in the base bid and repaired by the roofing subcontractor. Pre-Qualification Forms are required to be submitted prior to receipt of the Bid Package. Please be advised that a Background Investigation Form, DC6-264 and FCIC/NCIC Forms are required to be submitted via email to Warden Robert Mercado at robert.mercado@fdc.myflorida.com by Tuesday, September 12, 2023 in order to attend the onsite Pre-Bid Meeting.To obtain the required forms or for any questions, please contact Luke Burge at (352) 727-8568 or via email at luke.burge@cppi.com.
