T-Hangar A - A1027 - Orange County

This project involves the design and construction of T-Hangar "A" which would be built to suit for a client. Lease payments would cover the construction costs, state grants are available for 80% of the design costs. This project is in included in the City's or County's FY 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
