Description

The 2021 EGCC HVAC Upgrade project seeks to replace aged HVAC equipment that has been in operation well beyond the equipment anticipated life expectancy. The replacement equipment proposed within this project will be more efficient and require less annual maintenance. Upon completion, the college expects to realize reduced maintenance costs by replacing the most troublesome equipment, reduced operation expense with more efficient equipment, reduced heating / colling complaints with more dependable equipment and reduced interruption of services due to unplanned repairs.
