Description | The primary scope of work includes the installation of approximately 600 LF of 30-inch DI waterline (class 250), 2,425 LF of 24-inch DI waterline (class 250), 1,285 LF of 16-inch DI waterline (class 250), and related appurtenances. The following major Work items are included in the Contract: 1. All BIDDERS must make positive efforts to use small, minority, women owned, and disadvantage businesses. Method of award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible BIDDER. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each BIDDER must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No BIDDER may withdraw his Bid within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
