| Description | HVAC Renovations will be done at two district schools: Cambridge Park ES, One Crest Way in Aberdeen (FVHD-4804A2) and Matawan-Aberdeen Middle School, 469 Matawan Avenue in Cliffwood. Cambridge Park Elementary School, work will include removal and replacement of existing HVAC systems, including replacing unit ventilators with rooftop units in classrooms, including new gas piping and miscellaneous structural steel. Work will also include removal of patching of floor finishes, removal and reinstallation of existing suspended ceilings in classrooms and corridors and modifications to existing warrantied roof systems associated with rooftop equipment work. Matawan-Aberdeen Middle School, work will include removal and replacement of existing HVAC systems in selected areas of the building, including replacing unit ventilators with new vertical units in classrooms, replacing rooftop units, ductwork and distribution systems in classrooms and offices. Work will also include patching of floor finishes, creation of new louver openings for new UV's, removal and reinstallation of existing suspended ceilings in classrooms and corridors and modifications to existing warrantied roof systems associated with rooftop equipment work. Alternate Bids will be taken for the following: Replacement of additional selected unit ventilator and rooftop units with new units, including new gas piping, roof modifications and miscellaneous structural steel. | ||
