Multi-Bay Hangar Construction

As of 05/09/2023 Source does not have a start date yet. As of April 19, 2023, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. The intent of the contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the work described. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Section 20 of the General Provisions . Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents *APX Construction Group requests bids be submitted to: projects@apxconstructiongroup.com no later than March 22, 2023 at 12:00 PM.
