You are invited to review and respond to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Fire Life Monitoring Maintenance and Repair Services being offered by the Department of General Services, Facilities Management Division (FMD). Written Question Submission Deadline May 02, 2022 4:00 p.m. Persons needing assistance due to a physical impairment will be given reasonable accommodation upon request for the Non-Mandatory walk-through. The Bidder must email Phoebe.Hsu@dgs.ca.gov no later than the fifth working day prior to the scheduled date and time of the Non-Mandatory Walk-Through to arrange for a reasonable accommodation. Schedule appointment for Non-Mandatory Walk-Through April 22, 2022 4:00 p.m. The State reserves the right to cancel all or a portion of the service for any reason, subject to thirty (30) days written notice to the Contractor. OBAS is not required to award a contract. OBAS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received and to accept all or any portion of a bid, if deemed in the best interest of the State and not contrary to law. OBAS's waiver of any immaterial deviation or defect will in no way modify the IFB documents or excuse the contractor from full compliance with the IFB specification, if awarded the contract OBAS reserves the right to reject any/all bid submissions.
