Description

This project calls for the New Construction with Site Work, Renovation/Remodel/Repair of a Multi-Residential. East Side Housing Rehabilitation Project Scope This Project will include the items below on 60 existing units, 2 new duplexes and a new storm shelter. Replace roofing, replace all metal roof jacks, metal vent pipes, drip starter flashing and whirl ventilators. Replace shingles with 30 yr. architectural. Replace Exterior doors and windows with insulated energy efficiency units. Replace all interior Doors and Trim. Replace existing tubs with tub/shower units. Replace kitchen and bathroom cabinets in all units. Replace sinks and lavatories including faucets, supply & drain lines. Replace water heaters with energy efficient models. Replace HVAC units with Energy Starr units. Replace range vent hoods. Paint Interior Drywall Doors & Trim ,Install vinyl laminate flooring. Install 152 ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. Install 60 Carbon Monoxide detectors ,Install 120 Smoke Detectors nstall 350 Large Blinds and 87 Small WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: The work of this contract comprises the construction of four(4) apartment units and the remodel of 60 units to make a total of a 64 unit apartment complex and a Tornado Shelter for the complex located at 710 E. 3rd in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, including all appurtenances shown on the drawings, and/or specified in the Specifications. The work includes all site work, utility work and landscaping; with all components included and in place and all systems operative. Additional requirements of all parties are listed under Conditions of the Contract.
