Construction of a Maintenance Shed - Nez Perce County Fairgrounds Maintenance Shop

No definite date for the rebid.** Nez Perce County is soliciting bids for the construction of a Maintenance Shed (Occupancy Class S-1) at the Nez Perce County Fairgrounds. A Public Works license is required for this project. Nez Perce County Fairgrounds has received donations of the following materials for the construction of said shed: tempmargin;200 - 2x6x16 tempmargin;Concrete for the pad and foundation tempmargin;Rebar tempmargin;Early Bird - 50% discount on Trusses and 15% off of doors and hardware Electrical work must be under the provisions of Section 54-1001 - Idaho Code - the National Electrical Code - 2017 Edition. A 400 amp panel and minimal code for outlets and lights are required for the shed. Completion of the project is no later than December 31 - 2022.
