Minor Bathroom Renovation at Read Elementary School

Power wash, scrub and clean all surfaces of bathrooms prior to start of work. Building Operations Team to approve cleaned surfaces prior to the start of any work. • Toilet partitions to be replaced to match current configurations within boys & girls’ bathrooms: a. Provide Bobrick Washroom Equipment, Inc.: Sierra Series Model 1092.67 or a product of another manufacturer of equal or better quality and performance as approved by Building Operations. b. Toilet Style Enclosure: Overhead braced c. Urinal Screen Style: Wall Hung • Patch and repair all wall surfaces once removal of old is complete. • All surfaces to be painted with a flat white paint. Any tile and glazed block will remain as is UNLESS these surfaces were painted prior. • Each bathroom will have the following accessories: a. Toilet Paper Dispenser b. Soap Dispenser c. Paper Towel Dispenser These accessories will be provided by Building Operations but are the responsibility of the contractor to install. • Faculty Toilets - receive new paint as required after cleaning. • 2 gang bathrooms adjacent to school cafeteria to be cleaned. Remove old fixtures and replace with ceiling tiles (must match existing).
