| Description | Provide replacement air valve assembly inside a fiberglass manhole vault and noncorrosive isolation valves, supports and valve connection at six locations along the Northeast Lakeview Force Main to replace corroded air valves, ductile iron tees, and concrete vaults. Replace portions of the 30-inch PVC C-905 force main to remove the existing ductile iron tees. Provide connection of new 30-inch PVC C-905 pipe to existing pipe using all stainless-steel pipe coupling sleeves. Excavation and construction of air valve replacement shall be limited to available construction and permanent easements as approved by the US Army Corps of Engineers and the Texas Parks and Wildlife. Contractor to remove and clear all unused piping materials currently stored at a staging area inside the Cedar Hill State Park used during construction of the 30-inch force main and subsequent construction activities. | ||||
