Rec Center Locker Rooms & Front Desk Removal of existing fixtures per the specification below. Installation of new fixtures specification below. Two spin studio bathrooms (Men/Women) New stalls New toilet fixtures New urinal fixtures New sink fixtures New sink counter tops New tile New Paint Two locker room bathrooms (Men/Women) New stalls New toilet fixtures New urinal fixtures New sink fixtures New sink counter tops New tiles bathroom area only. New paint throughout except men’s lockers. Specific to just the locker rooms: Shower area in both locker rooms must be completely redone. This includes any and all shower fixtures. New shower stalls need to be installed. Shower area needs to be completely retiled. Front Desk Option 1 Either the front counter and the front desk at the Recreation Center must be refinished.
