Remove a Gravel Bar Located in Muncy Creek

Remove the gravel bar at no cost to the Township with the contractor to keep the gravel removed. The Township is providing the opportunity for other contractors to submit proposals for consideration. The successful contractor, at its sole cost and expense and at no cost to the Township, is responsible to: fully complying with all Permit requirements, to including construction and removal of Temporary Gravel Bar Access Road from Penn Drive; coordinate with Township Road Master regarding the project; provide satisfactory proof of insurance in commercially reasonable amounts satisfactory to the Township to include: general comprehensive liability insurance; environmental insurance (spill or Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Water Contamination); and, workers` compensation insurance. Only the contractor may access the project site - no sales or loading for other contractors or parties will be allowed on or about the project site.
