Lone Creek Regional Trail Phase 1A

The work performed under this contract generally consists of construction of trail along the south side of Lone Tree Creek from Broncos Parkway on the south to East Caley Avenue on the north. The project includes the demolition of existing trail, curb and gutter, pavement, structures, riprap, and trees. Proposed improvements include earthwork, grading, concrete and asphalt pavement installations, crusher fines trail, sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramp installation, retaining walls, striping, signing, storm sewer installation, seed placement, temporary traffic control, and temporary/permanent stormwater management BMPs.
