| Description | Mobile Housing Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing Painting Services to the Mobile Housing Authority, and/or its for-profit and non-profit subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, (collectively referred to in this solicitation as “Mobile Housing Authority” or “MHA). It is MHA’s intention to enter into indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract(s) with one (1) or more qualified firms. Prepping apartment for painting: repairing small holes and cracks, removing all cover plates and switch plates (replacing them with new, MHA provided plates or reinstalling the original plates after cleaning if none are provided by the MHA), protecting all lighting fixtures, protecting all heating fixtures, protecting the electrical panel, protecting the carpeting (unless we have indicated that it will be changed out), protecting all floor covering, protecting all appliances counter tops, cabinets and protecting the stairs on second floor units. Contractor shall respond to a request from the Housing Authority to paint an apartment within 2 days of notification and schedule work within 5 days. |
