Description | Drain an existing propane tank, as necessary, to allow for completion of the work. • Provide a temporary propane source and plumbing, to allow the camp to fully function while all services are being completed. • Replace the existing pressure relieve valves with valves meeting the requirements of NFPA 58 2-3.2.3, GISO 3328(b). • Replace underground metallic pipes for all liquid lines and vapor lines where pressure exceeds 20 PSI using Schedule 80 pipe. Pipe shall be buried no less than 18-inches below surface. • Install cathodic protection system for underground metallic pipes. • Provide for, and schedule, a certified and licensed inspector to reinspect and certify all work, after completion of all services. • Dispose all parts, supplies, and debris offsite. For prevailing wage rate data specific to trades associated with this project For all contracts exceeding $10,000, Contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond on a standard bond company form, in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. For all contracts exceeding $25,000, Contractor shall furnish a Payment Bond on form STD. 807 in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Contractor must be a licensed contractor with the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB), with an active A General Engineering and/or C – 36 Plumbing Contractor license. |
