Nassau County is seeking a contractor to replace a 15 ton A/C system at the James Page Governmental Complex (JPGC). The current straight cool system is to be removed and replaced with a Trane heat pump system, or equivalent, that matches the specifications of the following models: Trane AHU- Model: TWE18044BAAP009; Trane CDU- Model: TWA18044DABE002; Trane Heater- Model: BAYHTRP450A; 460V/3Phase, Dual Compressor/Dual Circuit.
