Precast Concrete Wall

Annual price agreement for the purchase and installation of precast concrete fencing for various projects and locations throughout the year. Scope of work is outlined below and generally consists of the following: 1. Removal & disposal of existing fencing. 2. Removal & disposal of existing concrete mow strips. 3. Temporary placement of 6ft tall chain-link fencing w/ privacy screen. 4. Furnish & Install 6ft tall precast concrete wall. 5. Furnish & Install 8ft tall precast concrete wall. 6. Furnish & Install concrete mow strips beneath wall. 7. Furnish & Install board-on-board wood fence & gate. 8. Painting or staining of precast concrete wall. 9. Painting or staining of board-on-board wood fence to match concrete stain. 10. Tie in new precast concrete wall into existing perpendicular fencing. 11. Coordinate with homeowners for demolition, temporary fencing, and installation taking into consideration special care for privacy, pets, & children. 12. Obtain any and all required permits (permit fee to be waived by City). 13. Provide for Traffic Control along affected areas. 14. Coordinate with utility companies for any required relocations of existing utility lines. 15. Repair existing landscape irrigation as necessary damaged during installation. 16. Sod landscaping to match existing conditions damaged during installation. 17. Provide for geotechnical testing along project area(s).
