Connection to Municipal Sanitary Sewer and Water

A. The work will done under one prime contract. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Install a new lift station and forcemain to connect to the City of Arden Hills sanitary sewer 2. Install electrical connections to the lift station, 3. Install new water service line to connect to the City of Arden Hills watermain, 4. Abandon the existing lift station and mound system, 5. Miscellaneous items associated with above-mentioned installations; traffic control; erosion control; and road repairs. This project is Targeted Group/Economically Disadvantaged/Veteran-Owned preference. Q/A Deadline.
