Phase 1 Project - Pipe Procurement

This procurement consists of manufacturing, shipping, furnishing products including: . 16,700-lf of 48" ID Profile-Wall or 54" OD DR 32.5 HDPE pipe, bends and appurtenances . Field welding including provision of welding equipment . 36" HDPE cleanout assembly tees . Turnout stubs with flange adapters and ring flanges . Shipping and coordination with district pipe installation contractor for offloading Products to be procured under this contract must be delivered to the work site near Horse Butte Road and Arnold Market Loop Road and near Tekampe Rd and Scholes Road, Bend, Oregon between June 1and November 30, 2023. Delivery schedule shall be agreed to prior to contracting. Contractors shall use recyclable products to the maximum extent economically feasible in the performance of the contract work. Each bid must be submitted on the prescribed forms and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond executed on the form bound within the Contract Documents or one substantially similar, payable to the Arnold Irrigation District, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid.
