Magnitude of Construction: $25,000.00 to $100,000.00 NAICS Code: 238220 Size Standard: $16.5 Million Competition Time: 60 days after award notice This requirement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. Potential Contractors must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) and are certified as an SDVOSB in VIP (www.vetbiz.va.gov) at the time of offer and at the time of award. Site Visit: A site visit will be available for interested parties to tour the area for repair on November 15th 2022 at 10:00am EST. All interested parties shall meet at the Engineering office (GC 100) at the Bronx VA Medical Center.
