South Campus Exterior Painting Project

The Project is located at San Joaquin Delta College, South Campus at Mountain House 2073 S. Central Parkway Mountain House, CA 95391. Project consists of painting exterior body approximately twenty-four portables and four sets of restrooms. Note: the gutters, downspouts, fascia, metal flashing, window trim, door trim and doors were recently painted. See attached bid documents for full scope of services. All questions must be submitted via the District electronically by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 25, 2022. Last day for District to issue Addendum is on September 2, 2022. The District will only respond to a written inquiry via addendum. The District will not consider and will reject a Bid proposal submitted by a Bidder who is not pre-qualified for the Contractors' License classification C-33.
