Fiber Materials Procurement

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to solicit proposals from Vendors for fiber materials needed for a Fiber-To-The-Home build in Lincoln County. The Board of Lincoln County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Please be advised that Lincoln County, being a municipal corporation is exempt from Federal excise tax. The County of Lincoln hereby notifies all submitters that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated for or against on the grounds of race, color, sex or national origin, in consideration for an award. Small, Minority- and Women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids. This project is funded/partially funded through the Washington State Community Economic Revitalization Board with federal funds from the U.S. Treasury ARPA Capital Project Funds.
