Description

To replace the Cooling Tower at the Bio Tech Building. The scope includes, but is not limited to: Provide labor to disconnect and remove the existing cooling tower. Provide one (1) BAC model #S3E85186N-2 two cell series 3000 with stainless steel hot H2O and sump basins. Ladder and handrails included. Provide labor to connect electric, make-up water, ladder, handrails. Provide new isolation valves. Provide labor and material to pipe new cooling tower to existing lines with drain valves in closet.
