Pine Gardens North Infrastructure Improvements - W/S2012)- Town of Jupiter

As of October 27, 2022, this project has been awarded and started construction. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Pine Gardens North consists of commercial and residential parcels served predominantly by asbestos cement (AC) watermains which reached their 40 year useful life in 2017. Replacement of poorly operating valves and hydrants, plus installation of additional valves to allow for better isolation of the system to minimize water service interruptions due to line breaks is recommended. In addition, drainage improvements in the area are needed to reduce the tendency for flooding and to reduce the burden placed on the Seminole Avenue stormwater pump station during large rainfall events. Best management practices for enhanced water quality treatment to reduce pollutants outfalling to the Loxahatchee River and the Intracoastal Waterway will be implemented. This project is included in the Town of Jupiter FY 2022-2026 CIP. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
