Plans call for the construction of a brewery. As of November 10, 2022, this project has obtained site plan approval and is pending building permits. Information regarding the selection of a general contractor has not been released. While a firm construction timeline has not yet been established, construction is expected to begin in the fourth quarter 2022 or early 2023.
