Residential and Commercial Garbage Collection

Proposals for residential garbage collection with carts & existing county serviced commercial garbage collection in lee county, mississippi (all areas inside lee county - except the municipalities of tupelo & nettleton) including both the lee & prentiss county sections of the town of baldwyn, mississippi Said specifications may be obtained in person at the County Administrators office or by emailing a request to the County Administrator at bbenson@co.lee.ms.us. Adherence to the proposal specifications is strongly recommended. Alternate proposals will not be considered. From the Proposals received, the Lee County Board of Supervisors shall select a Contractor based upon uniform collection services, proposal price, experi- ence, financial responsibility, reference checks, the vehicle and equipment schedule and other rel- evant factors as determined by the Lee County Board of Supervisors, then negotiate and enter a Contract, all pursuant to Section 31-7- 13 (R), Miss. Code (Ann.) 1972. All Proposals accepted will be evaluated by the County Administrator. The Lee County Board of Supervisors reserves the right at any time during the Proposal process to reject any or all Proposals re- ceived and to waive informalities.
