Martin Downs Water Repump Station Improvements

Martin County is seeking bids from licensed Contractors to furnish all labor and materials necessary to construct a new potable high service re-pump station at the existing Martin County Utilities & Solid Waste Martin Downs Facility. Work in this contract also includes rehabilitation of two (2) of the existing 1-MG reclaim water ground storage tanks on-site and converting those tanks to be for potable water storage. Prohibited Communications. The Cone of Silence prohibits any communication regarding a RFB, RFP, RFQ or other competitive solicitation between any bidder (or its agents or representatives) or other entity with the potential for a financial interest in the award (or their respective agents or representatives) regarding such competitive solicitation, AND any County Commissioner or County employee, selection committee member or other persons authorized to act on behalf of the Board including the County's Architect, Engineer or their subconsultants, or to provide a recommendation to award a particular contract, other than Purchasing Division staff (pur_div@martin.fl.us). The Cone of Silence shall be in effect from the time of advertisement until contract award. Such communication shall result in disqualification. The County recognizes fair and open competition as a basic tenet of public procurement.
