Southside Elementary Cafeteria Renovation

This project is the renovation of the existing Southside Cafeteria, roughly 9,906 gross sq ft. The renovation will cover the following but not limited to upgrading the roof, insulation, doors & windows, new walls, bathrooms, kitchen, interior finishes, plumbing, mechanical & electrical services. The building will be re purposed for classrooms, a cafeteria and supporting kitchen. The classroom area will comprise two classrooms, restrooms and is roughly 1,891 gross sq ft. The cafeteria will be in the center of the building and roughly 4,396 gross sq ft. The kitchen area will service the cafeteria dining area and is roughly 3,619 gross square feet. This project will also provide a loading dock for deliveries to kitchen.
