Description

On Call Roof, Siding, Windows and Masonry Repairs/Replacements for City Owned Buildings New Britain, CT 06051. Generally, the scope of work shall may consist of: a. Repair and/or removal and installation of the existing asphalt shingles, EDPM, and other type of roofing structures. This would include underlayment material, sheathing and all related roofing equipment as required for repairs and/or replacement b. Removal and installation of siding and related underlayment as required. May also include the treatment/painting of existing wood shingles. c. Removal and installation of windows as required and specified by the City. d. Masonry repairs and/or repointing as required and specified by the City.
