| Description | Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Donner Pass Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility (CVEF), the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide quarterly Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. The services shall be performed at: California Highway Patrol #223 - Donner Pass CVEF 12800 Interstate 80 Truckee, CA 96161-4505. |
