Renovation of the Existing Space

The Green County Property Committee is accepting sealed bids for work to be completed at 2809 6th Street Monroe, Wl including but not limited to: (1) demolition of an existing garage (2) construction of an addition to be used for business purposes (3) renovation of the existing space to include repair of exterior entrances, flooring, painting, mise, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical updates. The Green County Property Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to make such award as they deem to be most advantageous to Green County.
