| Description | Sealed bids for furnishing the Town of Ashland with a contract for plumbing services at various locations in the Town. Any bid received after the announced time and date of opening, will not be considered, and will be disposed of. Locations include the Municipal Building, Ashland Maintenance Shop, Ashland Police Department, and Carter Park Swimming Pool. The initial period of the contract shall be August 15, 2023, through July 31, 2024, with an option to extend the contract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods, one year at a time. The Town of Ashland reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of bids, to waive informalities, and to request rebids. The Town also reserves the right to award the contract on a split order, lump sum, or individual item basis, or such combination as it deems will best serve its interest. Small, Women, and Minority owned businesses are encouraged to bid. |
