As of February 27, 2023, this is a future project which will not be ready in 2028. Information regarding a design team and a general contractor is not available. A firm construction start date has not been determined. *This project is included in the initial compilation of projects for consideration in Metro's Mobility Concept Plan in relation to the 2028 Olympics.
