Work Includes all, but not limited to materials, labor, permit, overhead and profit for the Removal of existing dam structure and installation of proposed open-bottom culvert, dewatering of impoundment and subsequent reconstruction and restoration of the river channel and former impoundment. This base bid does not include the removal and reconstruction of the roadway.
