RFQ Engineering - Construction Engineering and Inspection Services for CR 30A Bridge Repair

The Gulf County Board of County Commissioners, herein referred to as the County, is seeking statements of qualifications from Engineering Firms to provide CEI services which are required for contract administration, inspection, and materials sampling and testing for bridge repairs to Structure #510046 located on CR 30A in Gulf County, FL. Repairs include guardrail replacement, installation of fabiform concrete mattresses, approximately 2 tons of rip rap rubble and milling and resurfacing the bridge deck and approaches. Engineering firms shall be FDOT qualified in Work Type 10.1: Roadway CEI. Late submittals received after the aforementioned deadline date, either by mail or otherwise, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. The time of receipt will be determined by the time received in clerk office. It is the sole responsibility of the firm for assuring that the rfq is received in the clerk office by the designated date and time. No faxed, electronic, or oral rfq will be accepted. To be considered, Firm/Team must submit an original and three (3) copies of Statement of Qualifications in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked with the Firm/Team's or individual's name and address, bid number, and the words CEI SERVICES FOR CR 30A BRIDGE REPAIR PROJECT. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
