| Description | Washington State Law, as amended, provides that public works projects such as building improvements or repairs undertaken by public school districts may be awarded through certain prescribed procedures to responsible contractors who have requested to be listed on the "Small Works Roster". Small Works is defined to include projects that are estimated to cost less than $350,000.00. The Nooksack Valley School District invites responsible contractors having an interest in bidding on unspecified small works, to submit their names for inclusion on a "Small Works Roster".
