Description

Furnish and install a new Membrane Bio-Reactor (MBR) treatment system. All MBR system equipment shall be furnished under the Equipment Supply Contract (MES ID No: 1-18-2-23-8) executed on February 4, 2019 between Maryland Environmental Service and Kubota Membrane USA Corporation (Kubota). No other MBR system suppliers will be permitted. The Equipment Supply Contract will be assigned to the selected General Contractor, and Kubota shall furnish all components of the MBR system as described in the above referenced supply contract. The General Contractor will be solely responsible for all coordination with Kubota. The General Contractor shall furnish any materials, labor, equipment, and/or appurtenances which not furnished by Kubota but which are required for a complete and operational treatment system in accordance with the Contract Documents. The project will include significant demolition and renovation of existing facilities as well as construction of new facilities.
