Security Camera System

Scope of Work: 1. 47 Sony cameras will be replaced using existing ethernet cable and PoE switch. 2. Eight new cameras will be installed using preexisting cable. 3. Two new recording servers will replace the current servers. 4. 380 Axis cameras will remain in place and managed by the new servers. 5. Camera locations and height are provided below. 6. IDF/MDF location, open switch port and patch panel port will be verified before work begins. 7. Changes within the IDF/MDF will be resolved by the District 8. All mounting hardware and patch cables will be provided by the contract vendor. 9. The contractor will provide any additional items, not specifically mentioned herein, necessary to meet system requirements as specified, without claim for additional payment. Such items may include hardware, firmware, software, licenses and other devices for proper installation. 10.Miscellaneous Materials - The contractor will supply patch cables and mounting materials to complete the work. 11.Software Updates - The contractor must include the manufacturer's software update plan for a five-year period. Software updates from the manufacture shall guarantee system compliance, manufacturer support and software updates availability for a period of 5-years. 12.Proposal must include all labor to complete the installation limiting any downtime of the current system to non-school hours. 13.Rackspace and power will be provided by the District.
