The Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD) and City of Lincoln (City) hereinafter called Owner is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for Architectural/Engineering and Project Management for the Construction of an Emergency Response/HAZMAT Storage Building. Questions regarding the meaning or interpretation of any solicitation provision must be submitted in writing to Purchasing and clearly identified.
