Portable Packaged Engine Generator System and Load Bank Systems. The South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including any addenda, obtained from other sources. The attention of bidders is called to the requirements of non-discrimination in employment practices, and conditions of employment. The South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority will not knowingly conduct business with providers of goods or services that are known to discriminate. The South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority encourages responses to its purchasing needs from women-owned and minority-owned business enterprises. No Bidder may withdraw its Bid within 90 calendar days after the date set for the receipt thereof. In the event that the South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority requires more than 90 calendar days after the actual date of the receipt of Bids and the selected, qualified Bidder does not grant an extension of time, the Authority reserves the right to award the Contract to another qualified Bidder who does grant an extension of time to award.
