2021 Road Maintenance Project

Project which consists of full mill and overlay, edge milling and overlay, Full Depth repair of Transverse Cracks, Full Depth Reconstruction and crack filling. The proposed work to be performed generally includes all labor materials, and equipment necessary for pavement rehabilitation of suburban roadways located within the Triview Metropolitan District and consists of the following work: 2,933 LF of Transverse cracks. 5" Full Depth R and R Crack Repair which requires milling out of designated transverse cracks full depth up to 5 inches deep and a minimum of 20 inches in width, placing and compacting 5" of HMA in milled areas. Full depth R and R spot repair Provide, place, and compact 5" of HMA in milled areas. Millings to be hauled off site. 8,328 lineal feet of 1.5 to 0" edge Mill. Tappered edge mill- 1.5" outside edge to 0" inside at centerline of road. Haul and dispose of millings. Broom and Clean. Install 21,066 SY of 2" Fiber HMA Overlay on Leather Chaps Drive. In addition to labor, materials, and equipment costs, the bid should also include hauling off of milled materials, replacement of existing pavement markings, traffic control, no parking signs, homeowner notification, weekly project meetings with the District Manager to coordinate work, and storm water BMP's. Installation of manhole and water valve riser kits prior to installation of HMA.
