Baseball Field Turf Replacement

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Superintendent and clearly marked: Lindale Baseball Field Turf Replacement Selection Criteria: Lindale ISD shall evaluate all proposals based on the following weighted selection criteria: 1. Bid Amount 30% 2. On-Site Project Staff 10% 3. References; Company and Proposed Sub-Contractors 20% 4. The vendor s past relationship with the district 10% 5. Specific experience 30% Lindale ISD will select the offeror that offers the best value for the District based on the above published selection criteria and on its ranking evaluation. In determining best value for the District, the District is not restricted to considering price alone, but may consider any other factor stated in the selection criteria. Lindale ISD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or parts of proposals.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
