Warehouse Ventilation and Associated Work

Each bidder is required to submit the full set of authorized Proposal Pages and all bids over $100,000.00 must also be accompanied by the "Bid Bond and Consent of Surety" (as set forth in the Proposal Pages) attached to the outside of the sealed bid. Failure to submit in this manner may cause the bid to be rejected. The successful bidder, no matter the amount of its bid, will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond with its signed contract. To the full extent applicable, each bidder shall submit with its bid a separate sealed list that names each Subcontractor that the bidder will use to perform work on the contract and the agreed upon price to be paid to each for: (a) plumbing and gas fitting, (b) steam heating, hot water heating, ventilating and air conditioning apparatus and (c) electric wiring and standard illuminating fixtures and (d) general construction. The County of Westchester reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids, or to reject any or all bids. BID ESTIMATE RANGE: $400,000 to $500,000.
