Location Ortiz De Dominguez 3000 South Lawndale Chicago, IL 60623 Scope of Work Reclaim the existing refrigerant; Disconnect and remove existing condensing unit #3; Install one new 20 ton condensing unit; Disconnect and remove the existing evaporator coil serving air handling unit #3 Install one new evaporator coil; Install one new line set; Pipe and wire the new condensing unit and evaporator coil; Pull a vacuum; Charge the unit with R410A; and Check for proper operation when complete and return to service.
