| Description | Services Include but are not limited to: a. Removal and disposal of waste in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations. b. Container exchanges as requested by Denver Water. c. Maintain and keep clean areas adjacent to and surrounding the containers. d. Place all containers back in their original position after they are dumped. Containers must be functional for their location. e. Empty all roll-off containers within twenty-four (24) hours of request by Denver Water. f. On occasion, Denver Water needs Contractor to pick-up and dispose of nonhazardous industrial waste. This industrial waste will be handled and contained by Denver Water for proper disposal by the Contractor. All necessary paperwork will be completed by Denver Water. |
