Work includes: • Demolition and removal of existing restroom building, picnic shelter, basketball court surface, subgrade and equipment, asphalt and concrete paving and affected landscape • Installation of a prefabricated flush restroom and plumbing connections to existing utilities • Installation of a basketball half-court with a post-tension concrete surface, equipment and acrylic surfacing • Installation of a new picnic shelter, concrete pad and site furnishings • Installation of an adult fitness area and slackline posts. • Grading and flatwork for new sidewalk areas and the installation of new curbs, ramps, walls, and equipment • New landscaping • Minor irrigation retrofit repair and sod reinstallation.
